Anyone else seeing weird CTR swings after the latest Google update?

Been watching a few of my sites this week and I’m seeing some odd CTR changes, mostly on pages that didn’t move much in rankings.

One affiliate site is holding positions pretty well, but the clicks are bouncing around way more than usual. Same titles, same snippets, same intent. Another site actually picked up a few spots, but traffic barely moved because the SERP looks more crowded now with AI stuff, PAA, and bigger ads.

What I’m doing on my end:

– testing title rewrites on pages with high impressions but weak CTR
– trimming intro fluff on affiliate pages and pushing the product comparison higher up
– checking if pages are getting hit by SERP features instead of actual ranking drops
– comparing Search Console data with real traffic before making changes

I also played around with an AI tool to generate some title variants, but honestly most of them were too “SEO-ish” and looked spammy. The better ones were simple and more specific, like actual user language.

Curious if anyone else is seeing the same thing. Are you changing titles/descriptions right now, or just waiting it out?
