ParticipantHey guys,
Wanted to throw this out there because I’m seeing some odd stuff on a couple of my sites this week.
One affiliate site is holding rankings pretty well, but CTR is all over the place. Same pages, same positions, but traffic is bouncing more than usual. Another site in a different niche actually picked up a bit after a small content refresh, so I’m not sure if this is just the usual post-update noise or something with snippets / SERP layout changes.
A few quick observations from my end:
– Product review pages are still doing the best for affiliate clicks
– Informational posts are getting impressions but weaker CTR
– A couple of pages with AI-assisted rewrites moved up slightly after I added more original comparison points
– Internal links still seem to matter more than people want to admitI’ve been testing a few things:
– rewriting titles to be more direct
– adding comparison tables above the fold
– trimming fluff from intros
– using AI for outlines, but manually cleaning up the money pagesSo far, the biggest wins have been from simple stuff, not some fancy SEO hack.
Curious what everyone else is seeing:
– any ranking drops lately?
– CTR changes after the update?
– are AI content pages still holding up for you?
– what’s actually converting best right now for affiliate revenue?Would be good to compare notes, because the usual “just make better content” advice doesn’t help much when you’re watching clicks move around in real time.
