Been watching a couple of my affiliate sites this week and noticed something odd.

One site is basically flat on impressions, but CTR dropped hard on a few money pages. Another site actually picked up clicks even though rankings didn’t move much. So it doesn’t look like a pure ranking issue to me.

I’m mostly in the affiliate SEO lane, so I care more about what actually makes money than chasing vanity metrics. Right now I’m testing a few simple things:

      – rewriting titles to be less “SEO-ish” and more click-worthy
      – tightening up meta descriptions on pages that already rank
      – adding comparison tables higher up the page
      – using AI to speed up content refreshes, but only on sections that are already proven to convert
      – checking if the SERP is getting more crowded with ads, forums, and AI snippets

Honestly, I think a lot of people overcomplicate this stuff. If a page ranks but doesn’t get clicks, that’s usually a title/meta problem or the SERP itself got uglier.

Curious what everyone else is seeing:
      – CTR up or down after the update?
      – Any title format that’s working better right now?
      – Anyone testing AI-assisted rewrites on pages that already have traffic?

Would be good to compare notes.
