Been noticing some odd stuff on a couple of my affiliate sites over the last week.

One site is basically flat on rankings, but CTR dropped hard on a few money pages. Another one actually picked up a bit of traffic even though I didn’t change anything major. Same kind of setup too — mostly informational content with a few affiliate funnels mixed in.

      What I’ve tried so far:
      – Tweaked titles on 5 pages to be more direct
      – Tested a couple of meta descriptions
      – Added FAQ blocks to improve snippet appeal
      – Checked GSC for queries where impressions stayed up but clicks tanked

The weird part is that pages with more “boring” titles seem to be holding up better than the clickbaity ones. Could just be niche-specific, but it feels like Google is rewarding cleaner intent match right now.

I’m also testing some AI-assisted title variations just to see if I can claw back a bit of CTR without messing up rankings. Nothing fancy, just trying to keep it practical.

Curious if anyone else is seeing the same thing:
      – CTR drops without ranking loss
      – better performance on straightforward titles
      – any changes in affiliate conversion after the update

If you’ve got real data, would love to hear it. I’m not trying to overthink it, just want to know what’s actually moving the needle right now.
