Been noticing some odd stuff on a few of my affiliate sites over the last couple weeks.

One niche site is still holding rankings pretty well, but CTR is all over the place. Same pages, same positions, but clicks are down on some queries and up on others. I’ve changed meta titles a bit on a few posts, and that helped in one case, but not enough to explain the full swing.

      What I’m seeing:
      – a couple pages dropped from #3-#4 to #6-ish
      – impressions stayed decent, but CTR took a hit
      – one AI-assisted review page actually picked up traffic after I rewrote the intro and tightened the title
      – another page with a lot of affiliate links seems to be getting less love than before

I’m trying to keep it simple and not overthink it. My current plan is:
      1. refresh titles/meta on the pages with the biggest impression volume
      2. trim thin sections and add a bit more “real use” content
      3. test a few CTA placements for affiliate clicks
      4. watch whether AI content pages are getting hit harder than hand-edited ones

      Anyone else seeing similar stuff?
Also curious what tools you’re using right now for quick CTR checks and title testing. I’ve mostly been bouncing between GSC and a couple SEO tools, but if there’s something better for spotting easy wins, I’m all ears.
