Anyone else seeing weird CTR changes after the latest Google update?

Been noticing some odd stuff on a couple of my affiliate sites this week.

One site is holding rankings pretty well, but CTR dropped hard on a few money keywords. Another one actually picked up clicks without moving much in position. Nothing major changed on my end except some title tweaks and swapping a few FAQ blocks around.

      What I’m seeing:
      – 3 pages dropped from avg CTR around 4-5% to under 2%
      – one comparison post got more impressions but fewer conversions
      – AI-written supporting pages are still indexing fine, but they’re not pulling much traffic
      – a couple of exact-match titles seem to be getting hit harder than branded ones

I’m testing a few things now:
      – shorter titles with more direct intent
      – adding year/current wording where it makes sense
      – cleaning up intro sections so the main keyword shows up faster
      – pushing internal links harder to the best converting pages

Honestly, I think a lot of SEO advice online gets way too complicated. Most of the time it’s just title testing, better intent match, and fixing pages Google already likes.

Curious if anyone else is seeing the same CTR weirdness after the update?
What’s actually moving the needle for you right now — title rewrites, content refreshes, or just waiting it out?
