I mean, yeah, but I wouldn’t call it dead yet. It’s just way less worth doing as a standalone “answer this one question” page unless it has some other job. Otherwise you’re basically feeding Google for free and hoping for scraps. If it supports a real page or keeps people moving through the site, fine. If it’s just thin info content for traffic, I’d be pretty cautious now.
