In my opinion, from what I’ve seen, yeah, that “back for a day then gone again” pattern is the part that makes me think it’s not just a simple site issue. I’ve seen that on a couple client sites when Google seemed to be re-evaluating the page set, then just… nope. And yeah, AI + light edits is typically not helping, even if it isn’t the only thing going on. It’s hard to tell if it’s the update or just Google finally getting stricter on the same stuff it’s been tolerating for months 🙄 I wouldn’t start ripping apart plugins unless something actually changed around Tuesday.
