Spam keeps slipping through lately

Well, not sure if it’s just me, but the spam filter feels lazier than usual this week. I’ve been cleaning up the same junk accounts twice a day and a couple still get through with those weird “nice post bro” replies and random links. Nothing dramatic, just annoying enough to waste time. Anyone else seeing the same thing, or is my setup being dumb again?

Technically, yeah, seeing the same crap here too. Feels like the filter’s been letting more of the obvious junk through and then randomly nuking legit stuff, which is always fun 🙄 I’d check if anything changed on the spam rules side or if it’s just the usual wave of bot accounts testing weaker spots. Some of those “nice post bro” replies are so dumb they almost look human, which is the annoying part.

Yeah, same here. It’s not totally broken, just sloppy enough to be annoying. I’ve seen the “nice post bro” junk too, which is always a great sign the bot herd found a gap somewhere. If your setup hasn’t changed, I’d guess it’s more the current wave than anything you did. Honestly,

Yeah, seeing it too. Nothing’s changed on my end and it’s still catching the dumbest junk while a few obvious ones slip through, which is…

Yeah, I’m seeing it too. Same pattern here — the obvious junk gets through, then something normal gets snagged for no real reason. Might just be a noisy spam wave, but if it keeps up I’d check the rule set again anyway.

In real projects, yeah, I’m seeing the same. It’s that annoying middle ground where the filter catches some random harmless stuff and lets the “nice post bro” garbage slide right in. Feels like one of those weeks where the spam wave just gets a little smarter, or the rules are getting a bit too loose.
