Honestly, yeah, it’s the same mess here. I’ve got one site that should’ve moved and just… didn’t, while some crusty old domain with barely anything on it gets a little bump for no obvious reason. And yeah, the “just make better content” line is getting pretty old. Sometimes it helps, sure, but not when Google’s clearly doing its usual random shuffle and pretending there’s a neat reason for it.
