Yeah, this smells way more like output/caching than “Google woke up weird.” I’d especially check if the update changed anything in the rendered HTML on those pages — canonicals, noindex, internal links, even some lazyload nonsense. Seen one plugin update quietly wreck a bunch of pages without fully breaking the site. If the clicks shifted to random posts, that usually means…
