Yeah, I’ve seen that a lot this week. Feels like one of those dumb wobble periods where Google’s just poking at stuff and half the site looks “up” for a day before it slides back down again. If Search Console’s clean and nothing changed, I’d be leaning test / shuffle more than penalty. Still annoying as hell though.
