Personally, Yeah, seeing the same crap on a couple client sites too. One day they’re holding, next day they’re doing the whole vanish/reappear routine like Google can’t make up its mind. I wouldn’t go ripping pages apart over a 24-48 hour swing either. We’ve had stuff dip hard and come back without touching anything. If it’s still all over the place after a few days, then I’d start checking whether it’s one section, one template, or just a bunch of thin pages getting dragged around together. That said, when it’s not just one page and it’s a bunch of them, I get a little more suspicious. Usually means some broader weirdness, not “your site is broken.” Google just being Google, basically.
