Honestly, in most cases, yeah, “quality” is basically a joke word at this point. I’ve seen the same crap — two sites with nearly the same setup, one floats up, the other gets smacked for no obvious reason. Then everyone pretends there’s some clean explanation after the fact. There usually isn’t. Just my experience.
