Technically, yeah, pretty much. I’ve had a couple sites move for no obvious reason too, and it’s honestly hard to take the “just improve quality” line seriously when the same kind of page can either get a boost or get buried. At this point I’m mostly just watching what sticks and not pretending there’s some clean pattern.
