Hard to tell if it’s actual “lag” or just Google shuffling stuff around like it’s bored. I’ve noticed a couple times where a small internal link push or changing the title got a page unstuck, but honestly half the time that might’ve just been coincidence. Which is exactly the problem — you can’t tell what actually moved it. If you’re seeing it across multiple properties, I’d lean toward the system being flaky, not just one site issue.
