Been noticing some odd stuff on a couple of my affiliate sites this week.

Impressions are pretty steady, but CTR is bouncing around more than usual on pages that used to be super stable. One site in the AI tools niche dropped a bit on a few money keywords, but the weird part is the pages still rank in roughly the same spots. It feels more like snippet / intent / SERP layout changes than an actual ranking loss.

I’ve been testing a few small tweaks:
– rewriting titles to be more direct
– adding year + comparison angle where it makes sense
– tightening meta descriptions on pages with decent impressions
– moving a couple FAQ sections higher up on the page

Mixed results so far. One page picked up a little, another didn’t budge at all.

Also seeing better conversion on pages where I kept the content more “buyer intent” and less fluffy AI-style filler. Nothing groundbreaking, just the usual: cleaner intro, faster answer, stronger CTA, fewer words.

Curious if anyone else is seeing the same thing. Are you guys changing titles/meta more aggressively lately, or just letting it ride and focusing on content depth?
