Wanted to throw this out there because I’m seeing some odd stuff on a couple of my sites.

One affiliate site is basically flat on impressions, but CTR dropped hard on a few money pages over the last 10 days. Rankings didn’t move much, maybe a couple spots here and there, but clicks are definitely off. Another site in a different niche actually picked up a bit, mostly on long-tail terms, so it doesn’t look like a total sitewide issue.

What I’ve tested so far:
– changed a few titles to be less “salesy”
– tightened up meta descriptions on pages with decent impressions
– added FAQ blocks to a handful of pages
– swapped some internal links to push more traffic to higher-converting pages

Results are mixed. A couple pages bounced back a little, but nothing dramatic yet.

I’m leaning toward this being more of a snippet / intent mismatch thing than a pure ranking drop, but who knows with Google lately. I’ve seen this before where traffic looks stable in Search Console and then the clicks just quietly bleed out.

Curious what others are seeing:
– anyone else getting CTR drops without major ranking loss?
– are you changing titles/descriptions or just riding it out?
– any AI tools or CTR testing methods you’ve found useful for quick fixes?

Would love to compare notes. I’m trying to keep this stuff practical and not overthink it too much.
