Anyone else seeing weird CTR swings after the latest Google update?

Been watching a couple of my sites this week and the CTR changes are all over the place.

One affiliate site in the home improvement niche lost a few positions on some money pages, but the bigger hit was actually clicks. Impressions stayed pretty steady, rankings only moved a bit, but CTR dropped hard on a few terms that used to print. I’m seeing the same thing on another site where the snippets look basically the same as before, so I’m not sure if it’s just SERP layout changes or Google testing different result blocks.

      What I’ve tried so far:
      – rewrote titles on 6 pages to be more benefit-driven
      – added a few numbers and brackets where it made sense
      – tested more direct CTA-style titles vs softer informational ones
      – checked Search Console for queries with high impressions but low CTR

So far, the biggest lift came from tightening the title tag, not from messing with meta descriptions. Nothing crazy, just making the result look more useful and less generic.

I’m also noticing AI-written pages seem to be getting hit harder on CTR if the title/snippet feels bland. They can rank okay, but if the snippet doesn’t sell the click, traffic is dead.

Curious if anyone else is seeing the same thing:
      – rankings stable but clicks down?
      – titles that used to work no longer pulling?
      – any CTR tests that actually moved the needle lately?

Would be good to compare notes because this feels more like a snippet/SERP issue than a pure ranking drop.
