Been watching a couple of my affiliate sites the last few days and traffic is acting a little strange. Rankings are mostly holding, but CTR is bouncing around way more than usual. One page that’s sitting around position 4-5 normally gets a decent click rate, but now it’s down even though the snippet hasn’t changed much.

I’m testing a few things:

– rewriting titles to be more direct
– adding a bit more intent match in the meta
– changing some intro copy to better fit the query
– comparing AI-assisted snippets vs hand-written ones

On the monetization side, the weird part is that some lower traffic pages are actually converting better right now because the visitors seem more targeted. So I’m not panicking yet, just trying to squeeze more out of what’s still ranking.

Curious if anyone else is seeing the same thing. Are you guys adjusting titles/meta more aggressively after this update, or just letting it ride?
