Reply To: Google’s latest mess hit anyone else?

From what I’ve seen, yeah, same crap here. One site looks like it got clipped for no reason, another’s doing that fake little recovery dance, and the page I expected to do nothing is suddenly crawling up like it paid Google off. I’m not buying the “just wait it out” stuff either, not yet. Sometimes it *is* just noise, sure, but Google’s been doing this dumb whiplash thing way too often lately for me to shrug it off completely. Nathan’s right for once on the crawl/log side though — rankings alone are garbage to look at this early. Still, when you’ve got the same pattern across multiple properties, it’s hard not to think they’ve tweaked something again and half of it’s misfiring. In my opinion,
