Kind of feels like yeah, I’d still be looking at the plugins first before blaming Google’s latest nonsense. If it’s a cliff drop, something usually broke or changed quietly. Cache/minify/SEO plugins are the usual suspects, especially if one updated itself and nobody noticed. I’ve seen that more than once. I’d check: – recent plugin updates – canonicals/noindex – cached HTML vs live page – server errors / Googlebot hits…
