Realistically, personally, Personally, yeah, same junk here. It’s that same lazy signup/link spam again, nothing subtle about it. I’d stop wasting time on manual deletes and check the registration path / anti-spam settings first. Usually there’s some little hole they’re abusing and once they find it, they just keep hammering it.
