Reply To: Google’s indexing is a joke lately

In most cases, yeah, I’m seeing the same thing in a few spots. Not every URL, which is what makes it extra annoying. The “just improve the content” line is getting pretty tired when you can watch random junk get picked up fast while normal pages sit there in limbo for no obvious reason. It’s not a clean crawl issue either, which is the part that bugs me most. At this point I don’t even think it’s worth pretending the behavior is consistent. Something’s off on their side, whether it’s crawl prioritization, indexing queue weirdness, whatever. Just don’t let this turn into another 20-post argument about content quality, because that’s not really what’s…
