Reply To: Traffic tanked after fixing my site

In my opinion, yeah, I’ve had that happen too. Usually it’s not the cleanup itself so much as you yanked a few crutches out at once and Google takes its sweet time figuring out what’s left. The part that bugs me is the ugly AI crap surviving while the better pages get smacked. Seen that enough to not be shocked anymore, unfortunately. That’s how I look at it.
