Yeah, I’ve seen that too, and it’s annoying as hell. The junk pages are usually just easier for Google to chew on, especially if they’re light, linked cleanly, and don’t have any rendering weirdness. The legit stuff ends up waiting around because Google’s being picky or lazy or both. I’d be checking the boring stuff first, not the “content quality” sermon. Canonical, noindex, crawl path, JS rendering, internal links, all that usual garbage. Half the time it’s some dumb template issue and not the page itself.
