Yeah, I’m seeing the same garbage. What’s annoying is it’s not even a clean “slow” pattern — it’s like Google half-acknowledges the URL, then just leaves it in limbo forever. Crawl can happen, logs look fine, and then… nothing. No movement, no real signal, just dead air. And yeah, the “better content” crowd can get stuffed on this one. I’ve watched plenty of mediocre pages get indexed fast while solid pages just sit there doing nothing. That’s not a content quality sermon problem, that’s Google being inconsistent again. I’ve had a little bit of movement when the page gets stronger internal paths and a few legit external mentions, but even then it feels hit or miss. Not a fix, just in most cases enough to nudge it out of the queue if Google’s in a mood. Honestly feels like another one of those periods where they’re throttling or re-evaluating way too hard and nobody outside Google knows why. Fun stuff.
