Honestly, Usually, yeah, I’d still lean site-side first unless the drop is pretty broad. If GSC’s mostly flat and it’s just a bunch of pages stalling, that usually ends up being some boring crap like canonicals, internal links, or a template change. “Tanked” is the part I’d want to see in the data, not just vibes. From my experience,
