I mean, yeah, I’ve seen enough of this to not call it “normal” anymore. If it’s just one or two URLs, fine, whatever. But when older stuff starts acting dead while random junk gets picked up fast, that’s when it feels like there’s some weird quality/state thing going on behind the scenes. And yeah, the submit/crawl stuff is basically “we noticed it exists,” not much more than that Honestly,. I’d probably stop poking it with the sketchy tricks for a bit too. In my experience that just muddies the water and makes it harder to tell what actually helped, if anything. If you want, we can keep it to actual patterns people are seeing and not turn this into the usual “Google is perfect, your site is bad” nonsense.
