I mean, in my opinion, yeah, same basic advice as above — check clicks vs impressions first before chasing ghosts. If both dropped, I’d be looking at indexing/template changes, not “Google being weird” for the sake of it. If it’s clicks only, then it’s probably SERP junk or a layout change stealing the traffic.
